Production Floor Worker (Dauphin, MB) 

The position offers 40 hours per week with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. In-house training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Summary:

The Production Floor Worker is responsible for completing manufacturing operations required in the production of fabricated metal components and assemblies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacturing tasks including: operating hand/power tools, operating manual/automated production equipment, cleaning and packaging
• Receive training and placement in various production departments
• Work with consistent speed and accuracy in a production environment
• Interpret part drawings and work order documents
• Record time spent and quantity produced in shop floor tracking software
• Measure and inspect parts produced per prescribed inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (example: welding, machining, forklift operation, etc.) is considered an asset

Work Schedule:

• 10 hours/day, Monday to Thursday

Sales Support Coordinator (Dauphin, MB)

We are currently seeking a full time Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Dauphin, MB. 

The position offers 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Coordinator works under the direction of the Director of Sales with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and dispatch in Teams to estimators
• Communicate with customers regarding RFQs, including gathering all relevant information for estimators, providing formal quotes to customers in a timely manner and communicate customer feedback with estimator
• Administer RFQs in Teams and monitor quote email
• Follow up on quotes sent to customer to aid in securing opportunities
• Manage and maintain electronic quote folders
• Respond to customer requests
• Notify customers of parts nearing expiration
• Participate in daily quotes meeting and capture all meeting minutes
• Ensure that promises set by Sales team are met
• Review, Format and send out completed quotes to customers using information provided by the Sales team
• Occasional travel, including periodic trips to USA facility in Cambridge, MN
• Assist estimators and the Director of Sales as needed
• Track/report on Sales department KPIs
• Qualifications and Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent (College Diploma would be an asset but not required)
• Experience in customer service
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Proficient with MS Office software

We are currently seeking a full time Heavy Machine Operator to join our team in Dauphin, MB. The position offers 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. Heavy Machine Operator (Dauphin, MB)

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate computer-controlled machine to produce parts based on bend list and workorders
• Troubleshoot and problem solve to produce quality parts
• Record time spent, quantity produced, and material usage with help of shop floor tracking software
• Interpret part drawings and workorder documents
• Carry out setup of bend tooling for various production runs
• Create part programs with CNC Tube Bender control
• Operate hand/power tools as required
• Work with Engineering to develop straight tube geometry to streamline production
• Work with Quality Manager to identify non-conforming material
• Participate in Corrective Action/Continuous Improvement processes
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school or college diploma 
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and swapping out components
• Experience with basic hydraulics and electrical components is an asset
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
