Production Floor Worker (Dauphin, MB) 

The position offers 40 hours per week with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. In-house training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Summary:

The Production Floor Worker is responsible for completing manufacturing operations required in the production of fabricated metal components and assemblies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacturing tasks including: operating hand/power tools, operating manual/automated production equipment, cleaning and packaging
• Receive training and placement in various production departments
• Work with consistent speed and accuracy in a production environment
• Interpret part drawings and work order documents
• Record time spent and quantity produced in shop floor tracking software
• Measure and inspect parts produced per prescribed inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (example: welding, machining, forklift operation, etc.) is considered an asset

Work Schedule:

10 hours/day, Monday to Thursday

Finance Technician – 2 year Term (Dauphin, MB)

We are currently seeking a full-time Finance Technician to join our team in Dauphin, MB. The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible schedule beginning November 2, 2026. Job Summary:

The Finance Technician works under the direction of the Controller with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Enter payment receipts from customers and prepare deposits
• Prepare reports for the Controller
• Monitor customer accounts for payments and credit notes
• Reconcile and produce monthly statements to send out to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries concerning their account
• Receive, verify and process payables in the ERP system 
• Match invoices with POs and receiving documents
• Reconcile vendor monthly statements
• Set up approved vendors
• Process payment for payables as directed by Controller
• Prepare and maintain reports and documents 
• Correspond with vendors as needed and negotiate payment terms
• Track and file invoices needed for year-end file 
• Maintain postal machine
• Manage all applicable email accounts
• Perform other accounting activities when necessary
• Answer phones and re-direct calls when needed
• Pick up mail daily

Qualifications and Skills:

• Business Administration diploma with a strong knowledge of accounting activities or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficient with MS Office software

Data Analyst (Dauphin, MB)

40 hours per week with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities Include:

• Write SQL queries to extract, combine, and clean data from the Genius ERP system and related business applications.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and Excel models to track high-level company trends, operational metrics, and departmental KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize calculation methodologies; audit and validate data outputs to resolve systemic source errors.
• Streamline data workflows and automate routine reporting packages using scripts and advanced reporting tools to optimize efficiency.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations; present findings to department managers and assist in tracking downstream action items.
• Coordinate with IT to facilitate approved ERP data updates, assist with the administration of the internal SharePoint environment, and execute special projects as assigned.
• Ensure all reporting workflows adhere strictly to company cybersecurity practices, internal data governance rules, and the guidelines outlined in the Employee Manual.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education or equivalent experience in data analytics, business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis; experience with Power Query or Power BI is an asset.
• Ability to write SQL queries and work with ERP data and databases
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP data, including work orders, inventory, bills of material, routings, and costing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain findings to colleagues without a technical background.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently 
• Scripting or report automation experience is an asset. Knowledge of python and other computer programming languages is an asset

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate computer-controlled machine to produce parts based on bend list and workorders
• Troubleshoot and problem solve to produce quality parts
• Record time spent, quantity produced, and material usage with help of shop floor tracking software
• Interpret part drawings and workorder documents
• Carry out setup of bend tooling for various production runs
• Create part programs with CNC Tube Bender control
• Operate hand/power tools as required
• Work with Engineering to develop straight tube geometry to streamline production
• Work with Quality Manager to identify non-conforming material
• Participate in Corrective Action/Continuous Improvement processes
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school or college diploma 
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and swapping out components
• Experience with basic hydraulics and electrical components is an asset

Job Summary:

The Packaging and Shipping Float supports multiple departments as needed, with a primary focus on packaging, shipping, material handling, and maintaining accurate inventory and work order processes. This role ensures finished parts are inspected, counted, packaged, labelled, and delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Obtain and maintain certification to operate forklift
• Count and inspect parts
• Notify Shipping Administrator of any correct or defective parts
• Package finished parts per their respective workorder
• Assist with packaging finished pieces individually according to customer specifications
• Attach shipping labels
• Deliver finished work orders to the appropriate operations support team member
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform packaging, shipping and material handling duties when needed
• Move between departments as needed
