Bending and Rolling
Tube, Pipe, Bar, Angle, and Flat Bar Bending and Rolling.
9 CNC Mandrel Tube Benders with both draw and push rolling capabilities:
- Round tube ½” O.D to 8” O.D
- Square and rectangular tube from ¾” to 8” (both ‘easy’ and ‘hard way’ bending are available)
- Specializing in smooth, mandrel bending of both round and rectangular tube.

Sheet Metal Forming
- 8ft bed length

Robotic Plasma Cutting
Our 6 axis, robotic plasma cell provides us with the capability to cut complex geometry in straight or formed tube.
Robotic Welding
Our 6 axis, robotic welding cell provides us with the capability to weld large production volumes with precision.
Tube End Forming
Our variety of tube end forming equipment provides us with the capability to form the following tube end features:
- Beaded End

Fabrication & Assembly
Our CWB/CSA 47.1 certified welding department provides us with the capability to weld a variety of materials using the following processes:

CNC Machining
Our tube fabrication capabilities are supported by an in-house machining department capable of:

Kanban / JIT Supplier
